About this course

The course covers OTSC applications for bleeding and defect closure, stent fixation with stentfix OTSC, and endoscopic full-thickness resection with FTRD. Case discussions are paired with supervised device handling and model practice.

Learning outcomes

  • Choose an appropriate OTSC, stent-fixation or resection approach for a case.
  • Perform device preparation and supervised deployment tasks on a model.
  • Recognize limitations and plan rescue or referral when the intended approach is unsuitable.

Good to know

  • Practical times are scheduled group rotations, not individual operating time.
  • Places are totals per course, not remaining places. The registration team confirms current availability, and a waiting list opens when a course is full.
  • Already registered for the congress? Tell the team which course you want so it is added to your booking.
  • After you register, the registration team confirms your place and arranges payment with you.

Assessment

A case-based knowledge check and observed model tasks conclude the course. Any formal FTRD training recognition remains subject to the manufacturer's requirements.
