Seven courses run in parallel on Saturday 12 December at the Cairo Marriott Hotel, Zamalek. Each participant joins one course. Crash-course registration is separate from the congress, and places are limited by the teaching format.

- Each crash course costs EGP 5,000 for Egyptian participants and USD 500 for non-Egyptian participants.
- Practical times are scheduled group rotations, not individual operating time.
- The ultrasound course is introductory and does not confer IBUS certification.
- Places are totals per course, not remaining places. The registration team confirms current availability, and a waiting list opens when a course is full.
